Howdy. Iā€™m a UI/UX designer making things happen in the Midwest.

My path into design was non-traditional, but I quickly developed a deep appreciation for it. After studying art and design at Columbia College, I became an art director and brand designer at the design studio Bright Bright Great in Chicago. Over five years, I helped startups and businesses establish their brand and digital identities. Later, I transitioned to an in-house role at Trek Bicycle, where I had the opportunity to observe, design, and measure design opportunities in a more thorough, hands-on way.

I love making beautiful, clean, and engaging experiences for people. I believe, that in order to do this well, it is essential to spend the time getting to know real people and learning from their experiences to help provide positive user outcomes.

I thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where I can use design to bridge the gap between people and brands. Iā€™m passionate about both the work I create and the people I collaborate with.

Outside of design, I love the outdoors, growing food for myself and the bees, and spending time with my family.
